ENGAGE! training for organizations from Pomerania - 28.09.2021

Ladies and Gentlemen, we invite you to participate in the first of a series of 4 trainings, which are aimed at non-governmental organizations from Pomerania. The activity is carried out as part of our ENGAGE! project under the Active Citizens - National Fund program, financed by the EEA Grants.

 

 

The meeting is scheduled for the 28th of September 2021 and will be carried out in the LIVE format. During the training plans of the participants will be discussed how to start and develop the process of international cooperation. Project partners will help answer the question "How to start?", where to start looking for partners and possible sources of funding. In practice, the activities and possibilities of obtaining financing for given ideas from the current calls for proposals under the programs: Interreg South Baltic,  Interreg Baltic Sea, grants of the Swedish Institute or Erasmus + will be discussed.

We will share our experience from many years, we will suggest what steps are ahead of you, where it is worth to look for support, information and inspiration. We will tell you about the examples of Pomeranian and Warmian-Masurian organizations that are already successfully implementing similar activities in the Baltic Region. We will also present a catalogue of interesting tools that facilitate activities in international projects.

The meeting on 28th of September is the first in a series of four meetings, the next we will organize at a more advanced level, we will also invite our Norwegian partners to participate, who will help us contagiously hackathon with partners from other Baltic and EEA countries.

BISER and the Association of Communes RP Euroregion Baltic - Polish partners of the ENGAGE! project are also starting the operation of the International Cooperation Advice Bureau. We encourage organizations of the third sector to contact us from September 2021 for specific tips on your international development plans for the organization.

Information materials will be prepared to help you to organize your knowledge on Baltic cooperation, EEA grants, the European Union Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region, Sustainable Development Goals and the EU's Green Deal policy, i.e. all documents and policies necessary to compete for international activities in the Baltic Sea Region.
